1. The same as any phase-space for source 21. Select the *.IAEAphsp file as the phase-space input. Did you encounter an error?

   The error that i obtained:

   Mandatory keyword FILE_TYPE is not defined in input

   Error opening IAEA phase space source.

   IAEA format Phase space source with:

   # of particles incident from original source = 0.0

   Z where source scored = 0.000 cm

   Particles will start at the front boundary of CM 7

5. The IAEAheader file is missing a keyword that is considered mandatory. Hopefully the rest of the file is ok. It should have these lines if it is for a phase-space (file type 1 is for an “event generator”):
