Wondering what this error message means when I try to execute an accelerator model: ERROR: SYNCJAWS position data file could not be opened? Hoping this is just something simple. Thanks

If you select the field type as “Dynamic” or “step-and-shoot”, then you need to specify a filename containing the series of jaw positions. See the BEAMnrc documentation for the format of that file. If you just want static jaw positions (only one position in the simulation), then you can select “Static” and provide the positions directly (the “define jaw orientation/openings/media” button in the GUI).

Thank you. I did specify the jaw positions and viewed them in the “Preview” section of that tab, so I don’t know exactly what went wrong. I will try again and let you know if it is still doing the same thing. Thanks.

after selecting dynamic sequence file,save the input parameter once again as input parameter and run
