I want to create Phantom more than 128x128x128….eventhough I modified the I,J,KMAX in (DOSXYZnrc and ctreate ) values and after I recompile by make , it has the same results , I can not create 512x512x188 patient phantom ……… please advice me

How did u modified the i j k max value?

in marco.mortram file , just change the value from 128 to 512 then save the file , at the end recompile th ctcreate by type make in a terminal

Have you made the changes in HEN_HOUSE or in EGS_HOME? You might want to check that your makefiles points to the exact files you have edited, and not to any other copy that might exist in other folders.
