I want using ausgab object to calculate the Edep and dose from a radioisotope. I am getting results in terms of MeV*cm2 and Gy*cm2. It is bit confusing why it is in this format? where from this cm2 comes from? How can I directly get it in MeV or Gy/Bq.s

I tried running egs_brachy code. I have encountered an error of material.dat file could not find even its present in proper location in media folder pls tell the solution. Also it it unable to read “lib” directory for media, geometry …etc

I ran a simulation using IAEA PSFs, PDDs look good compared to the measured data, however, I am not happy with the lateral profiles (attached 10 MV at Dmax, 10*10 FS). Any suggestions!

I have installed EGsnrc_with_egs_brachy in ubuntu virtulal box successfully. I tried running given example but not working. could anyone please tell me how to run egs_brachy. I have followed command given in manual.
